Cold Care Wellness Tea

Lemon benefits: helps loosen congestion and is full of vitamin c, also promotes hydration

Garlic benefits: can fight bacteria and viruses, it also has healing (antibiotic) properties, can fight against cancers, can protect your heart

Ginger benefits: anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular health, has warming properties, can help relieve sore throat, they can also kill rhinoviruses, which cause colds in the first place

Honey benefits: antiseptic, antibacterial, and antiviral properties, combats infections, can help with digestion, relieves coughs

Cold Care Wellness Tea

Ingredients:

1 Lemon

1-2 tbsp Raw Honey

1-2 Garlic cloves

1/2 tbsp Ginger (fresh is best but ground ginger will do)

other additions Echinacea tea, green tea 

 

How to:

Start with a quart jar.

Boil some water on the stove.

Chop up the garlic cloves and ginger.

Cut the lemon in half.

When the water is boiling add all ingredients along with the honey.

Stir and enjoy it. Keep adding hot water to this jar, as you drink it, which will also help flush out the sickness.
