Working out is my therapy

I have been working out for years. I know that to feel my best energy-wise, body, mind, and even spiritually, I must keep active in one way or another.

I was a very active energy filled young kid. I did gymnastics for only a short time but I loved it. As I grew up a bit, I started gaining weight as teenagers often do as their body starts to develop hormones.

At first, I got into walking. I really enjoyed it, as it introduced the idea of being active and fit and felt good. Years later, I found a love for running and doing yoga as well. I then learned about High Intense Interval Training (HIIT) and strength training, which really allowed me to develop my fitness routine and maximize my wellness. I learned a lot about it through this awesome team I found on YouTube, FitnessBlender.

FitnessBlender has free workouts and so many pages of all levels. They offer all kinds of workouts from low impact to difficult and yoga to strength training, with lots in between.

Working out has now become a part of my daily life and I feel I am so much better off for it.
