So, I know I haven't posted much lately. It's been quite a year with a pandemic, job loss, quarantining and all that comes with that. I have not been too inspired. Also, I've been doing a 'heal your relationship with you" program. So that's been keeping me pretty busy. Great stuff there. Maybe I'll post about it when I'm finished with it or at some point.
Anyway, I wanted to share a new to me fitness influencer I found during this time . She's legit and posts workout videos daily. If you know me personally, I'm a "workout bandit", that's what my boyfriend calls me. My response to that is "and you don't understand it." LOL. Which is true, he doesn't like working out.
Sydney Cummings is the workout instructor and I found her on YouTube, randomly. She's one of the best trainers I've ever had. Not that I've had a lot and they have mostly been online cause I refuse to pay for a gym membership.
She stands out to me because I'm seeing such improvements in my physical body. She has workouts seven days a week, with one stretching video per week. She always has an inspiring message at the end of her workouts too which is so nice to hear while you cool down. Her workouts are so challenging in the best way possible. I would say her style of training has really inspired me to keep pushing myself in every workout. Her knowledge and descriptions of each move and what they work are so appreciated throughout the videos too. I truly appreciate her drive to workout right alongside you too throughout the video, sweating, breathing hard, and working her best. It's great.
