"Cacao Pow" No-Bake Bites

I wanted to make these for three days in a row. I couldn't find the motivation to do so. But as soon as I started to get the food processor out and think about what I could put in these bites, motivation said, "Hello, I'm here!"
We're in a self-quarantine mode here, and I knew that cacao could be a good thing for us to consume in moderation. Cacao is full of antioxidants, iron, calcium, and magnesium. This super powder contains mood booster and depression fighter four scientifically proven bliss chemicals – serotonin, tryptophan, tyrosine, and phenylethylamine.
Who doesn't need a little bit of healthy chocolate in their world right now, or at any time?

I took a taste of these and it was a "pow" of chocolatey deliciousness!

"Cacao Pow" No-Bake Bites

Ingredients:
1 small Avocado
14 pitted Dates
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded Coconut
1/4 Cacao Powder
1/4 cup Cashews roasted unsalted
1/8 cup dried Cranberries

Instructions:
-Throw the avocado, dates, coconut, and cacao powder in a food processor.
-Once these ingredients are blended well, add the cashews and pulse a few times. (Depending on how big you want your cashew chunks left.)
-Then throw in the cranberries, and a couple of pulses should do the trick until mixed.
-Take a spoon, scoop out, and roll into balls with your hands. (This is the messy fun part!)
-Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
-Enjoy!
